Spring Clean Recipes

Greetings to you this week!

We are currently in Week Two of the Be Clean Spring Cleanse and invite each of you to participate even if you didn’t take the leap to join us.

Here are 3 of my own personal creations from the recipe book in the cleanse.

Enjoy as you feel yourself moving towards a life of being clean!

Spring Cleanser 
• 4 carrots 
• 1/2 cup parsley 
• 1 garlic clove 
• 2 stalks of celery 
• 1/2 cucumber 
*juice and enjoy

Globalivity Green Soup 
• 5 stalks celery, sliced 
• 1 large zucchini, sliced 
• 1 TBS coconut oil 
• 1 TBS nutritional yeast 
• Herbamare to taste 
Steam Celery and zucchini (5-7 minutes) and strain water. Put in Vitamix or blender. 
Add about a tablespoon of coconut oil, a tablespoon of nutritional yeast, and Herbamare 
and pepper to taste. Blend. Enjoy! 

Chopped Salad with Goddess Dressing
• 1 head Romaine lettuce
• 1/2 Cucumber, sliced
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1 1/2 cups sprouts of your choice
• 1 cup leafy greens- arugula, spinach, or dandelion greens
• 1/2 avocado
*place all ingredients in a bowl and toss

Goddess Dressing
• 1 cup soaked macadamia nuts
• 1/3 cup purified water
• 1 TBS lemon juice
• 1 TBS apple cider Vinegar or Umeboshi Vinegar
• pinch of cayenne
*Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
